Here I will speak to guests who I may agree or disagree with on some important issues but we will have productive conversations, celebrate people who are doing good work, talk about concrete policy solutions on issues we care about, uplift success stories, lean into service, engage authentically, and resist the outrage industry and other negative incentives that have kept us in a constant state of fight, flight, or freeze for the last decade.
